Board of Directors

NOW RECRUITING FOR FUTURE TYPE 1 UNITED LEADERSHIP

Type 1 United – the organization that operates Camp Leo Summer Camps and ConnecT1D Family Camp and Adult Retreat – is recruiting big hearts and great minds to join its dynamic board of directors. In particular, we are seeking community members with finance and/or accounting skills for the Treasurer role and individuals who are looking for leadership opportunities. Commitments include advising the Executive Director through periodic board meetings and committee meetings and supporting the organization’s annual fundraising.

This is a terrific opportunity for anyone looking to give back to the type 1 diabetes community and/or to gain or demonstrate professional leadership experience.
