CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days before programming can receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

29-15 days before programming can recieve a half refund.

14 days before programming we are unable to issue a refund.

Exceptions for extenuating circumstances can be granted but will be up to the discretion of the Executive Director.

Remaining balances can be applied to programs up to one year, after one year remaining balances not used will be considered donations.

How do I apply for a scholarship?

You will follow the registration process listed on your program specific page. You will select the “scholarship” tier during registration. After selecting this you will complete the registration process and fill out the scholarship form on the final form page. All programs require a deposit to register. If you are unable to pay the deposit please reach out to programs@t1united.org. We will never turn a participant away.

Where do my donations go?

All of our programs are subsidized by generous donors. We have never turned a participant away due to the inability to pay.
